Post-Series. Even with his powers diminished to 1 minute Kotetsu still went out and fought crime as a hero. Unfortunately for him Kotetsus powers kept dwindling. Now, with one last use of his power left will be forced to retire afterwards or will another irregularity in his powers help him stay a hero?
