Milo goes to England upon winning a trip and switches places with a prince who looks like him, but when Snaptrap who is planning on taking over England with some new goons discovers the whole thing, he uses Milo to his advantage. Meanwhile; Rocky and Bullwinkle show up at Toon City for a meet and greet, but Fearless Leader shows up to put an end to the moose and squirrel duo.
