A parody of the movie musical "Hairspray". I do not own the characters...Helga Pataki admires the boy on the local dance show, and takes her chance to be on the show with him, although in public she cant show her affection. When she discovers the segregation problems and is pulled into them, she plans to show that talent isnt only skin deep and anyone can change the world. R&R!
