chapter 2
the team was in the living room in front of the tv. wally was holding up two games. "so which game will we play today?" asked wally. "mario kart or splatoon?" wally held the two games closer to them. superboy was contemplating really hard on which game to play. superboy was visibly thinking hard while the others didn't look like they were trying hard.
artemis's eyes were wandering until she gazed upon superboy. "s...superboy...are... are you ok?... are you having a stroke?" asked a worried archer. superboy snapped out of his thoughts.
"i'm fine, i was just thinking."stated superboy. "you must've been thinking harder than a martian because it was like you were in another world." joked robin. this caused superboy to frown a bit and m'gann to fold her arms.
"hey eyes up here, on the games. we all still haven't decided." stayed wally. "mario kart, we all chose mario kart, now let's just play!" yelled artemis grumpily. "sheesh arty you don't have to be so mean." wally booted up the wii u and put mario kart 8 in the system.
"let's do 150cc, please?"m'gann asked sweetly. "of course megalicious, anything for you." said wally. after selecting grand prix, and 150cc they stopped at the character selection/kart customization screen.
m'gann chose peach, conner chose bowser. oddly enough kaldur chose luigi, robin chose mario, wally chose donkey kong. lastly, artemis chose waluigi. artemis looked confusedly at kaldur's decision and asked, "kaldur i can see why m'gann chose peach and conner chose bowser. heck… i can even see why wally chose donkey kong-" "hey!" "but kaldur, why did you choose luigi."
"why did you choose waluigi?" questioned robin. "hmmmm…... touche boy wonder…. touche." everyone except kaldur had a bike because he thought since it called mario kart he should have a kart, but no one told him he didn't have to use it.
