1. Oh boy, a new Potter! (1/2)

a/n hello this is my first fanfic so cope with me!

"so you're tell me, that a new potter has popped up?!"

dumbledore sighed. it wasn't everyday that a child of james and lily would reveal.

"yes severus. that's what i am saying. and please minerva, stop with the glaring."

mcgonagall glared again.

"albus. it's been 15 years. that isn't a small number. how do we know if the girls not living on the streets? or worse..." her voice trailed off.

"and with the ministry against potter, it's gonna be tough." flitwit squeaked.

"there is no problem in that. i have told remus to go and get the girl in america."

"america?!"

severus secretly cursed. he couldn't believe it. use lupin when he is perfectly vacant?! what does the old man want, another werewolf attack? he nodded sourly, feeling jealous for the first time.

remus was excited. he couldn't believe that there was another living proof of james and lily. he couldn't believe that he, out of all people was chosen to retrieve her to the wizarding. he couldn't believe james didn't tell them. still, it was a pleasant surprise.

he stratted across the pebbled path, one hand holding onto a portkey, the other hand clutching onto a map- thank god he was a muggle-born.
